Service Description

Omalaya Prayer Meditation (25 minutes) Prayer does not require belief in any god, supernatural entity, or spiritual framework. Rather, it is a spontaneous healing practice—one as ancient as humanity itself. Through movement and presence, this meditation cultivates expansive awareness and a deeper connection to existence through cycles of gratitude and surrender. The Practice: 1. Reach Up (1–2 minutes) o Kneel on the floor (use a cushion or a mat for comfort). Stretch your arms upward, palms open. o Imagine receiving energy, light, or abundance from the universe. Let gratitude swell within you until it overflows. 2. Bow Down (1–2 minutes) o Gently bend forward, bringing your forehead to the ground. o Relax completely and let the energy that you gathered flow out of you into the earth. Surrender fully until you feel completely empty. Repeat these two movements—reaching up and bowing down—for 25 minutes. • Keep your eyes closed or soften your gaze to deepen your inward focus. • The meditation is accompanied by soft, ambient instrumental music.
