Stress Release Meditation

Shake off tension and rejuvenate

50 minOmalaya Bangkok

Service Description

Omalaya Stress Reduction Meditation (40 minutes) Shaking has been used as an indigenous healing practice for thousands of years. It releases stress and trauma, grounds us in the body, and connects us to the present moment. Shake (10 minutes) • Root your feet firmly on the ground. Allow your body to shake—softly or vigorously. If you’re new to shaking, start gently and let your body guide the intensity. Allow any mental or physical tensions to dissolve in the shaking. Dance (10 minutes) • Let your body move freely to the music. Keep your attention inward, allowing the rhythm to guide you without judgment. Surrender to the movement and let any lingering tension melt away. Meditate (20 minutes) • Sit or lie down, using cushions for support if needed. Close your eyes or soften your gaze, and remain present with whatever arises—sensations, emotions, or sounds. Simply observe without resistance. • If lying down, the suggested posture is to rest on your back with your arms by your sides, palms facing upward. Each stage will be accompanied by music, and the meditation will conclude with the sound of a gong.
